Bulk Active Jarrah honey (Eucalyptus marginata) from the forests of South-West Western Australia, for packers, manufacturers and supplement brands. Dark amber with a caramel-like flavour, a low glycemic index of 46 and a high fructose-to-glucose ratio that resists crystallisation.
Available from TA15+ to TA55+.
